GOYA Celebrates Summer

Our Goyans celebrated summer with a fun-filled week of summer activities including bicycling through Central Park and scaling the Empire State Building, visiting an Escape Room and pizza, a day at Bradley Beach, a Fourth of July BBQ/swim party and Laser Tag. Thanks to advisors Nick and Cindy Giannakopoulos and Demetra Wagner for making it all possible.

GOYA Maintains Deceased Parishioners’ Cemetery Plots

As part of their 100th Anniversary pledge to continue the traditions and connect the generations of St. Demetrios Church, our Goyans visited local cemeteries to clean and maintain deceased parishioners’ plots. Congratulations to GOYA and their advisors for following through on their commitment.

Buy A Brick Campaign Underway

Show your pride in St. Demetrios and create a lasting legacy for your family. Buy a brick and become a permanent part of our church history. Bricks can be purchased by credit, check or cash.

Large Bricks:  $350.00  Small Bricks: $150.00

Proceeds will go toward paying off the remaining $25000 we owe for recent repairs for our church’s restoration. Space is limited, but the need to retire the debt is great. Won’t you help your church retire our debt and take your place in our church history?
